my friend is a several disabled and she receive highest disability allowance and income support!. but now her husband started work what will happen now, they will cut her income support or not!? please someone could help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

They will cut her IS but not her DLA as that is hers!. The Is is probably a joint claim!. They can apply for Working tax now that the hubby is working, and there will be a disability element in that as well!. She will probably lose her housing and council tax rebates as well though, but apply again as they may get some rebate if he is on a low income!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
the carers allowence will change, you mite be able to get working taxcredit which comes with a diability element,and your dla will not change!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
