Question: Work-out plans for teens!?
Does anyone know a safe, effective work-out plan for young teenage girls!? We want to lose some belly fat!. Please only work-outs not like any diets, because we have to eat school lunch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For a healthy diet, you should be eating 6 small meals a day!. A breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and a dessert!. When you have 6 meals a day it keeps your metabolism up and is actually healthier to eat more!.
