Calling all fitness gurus I need help?!

Question: Calling all fitness gurus I need help!?
I'm a bodybuilder!. I'm 5'7" and I weigh 186 pounds!. I'm 21!. I started running about three years ago and my ortho recently tells me that he wants me to lose 15 pounds in order to keep running without causing problems in my joints!. I'm really baffled!. I have no fat, and my diet is as healthy as can be!. The only way for me to lose that weight is if I reduce some of my muscle mass, which is impossible!. So my question is: How can I lose 15 pounds without reducing my muscle mass, while still being able to run!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
general practice MD's have no formal training in physical fitness, 99% of them have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to that subject!. their training is to diagnose the sick and refer them to a specialist if neccessary!. they use the BMI scale which does not differentiate between muscle and fat!. if you strength train and follow a healthy diet you won't have problems with your joints!.

when I was in high school (mid 80's) my old a$$ general practice Dr!. told me the same thing, to lose muscle mass!.!.ha!.!.ha!.!.ha!. what a joke but then again he went to medical school in like the 30's!. here I am at almost 40 at 6'0 250 lbs w/ 9% body fat and haven't been sick since 1983!. I've had no injuries at all even after power lifting for a decadeWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have no body fat!? If you have no body fat, and are not willing to give up 15lbs of muscle, then you are at a loss!. Sounds like you may have to stop running!. I will say that if you have so much muscle that it is not safe for you to run, it sounds like your muscle mass may be a bit on the excessive, and perhaps unhealthy side!.!.!. just a thought!. Dude, you're BMI is 29!.13 - that means there's just too much mass on your body, never mind muscle or fat!.

Reduce the muscle mass, there's no way out!. Sorry dude, but you have to take care of your joints and heart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is pretty simple!. Drink milk after every work out!. Studies show that people who drank milk after every work out gained twice as much muscle and lost twice as much fat than people that did not drink milk after every work out!. Check out this link!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
