Ok I am a 14 year old boy and I want to have a good way to lose weight!.I live out 20 miles from town, I don't have a license, and I am wondering if there is a fast way for me to lose weight!? I am 5' 8" and I weigh 225 pounds!. Please help me, I need it!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
