Question: What are some ways that i can become more flexible!?
next year i want to try out for cheerleading!. (this year i missed the tryouts)
i want to get my splits down and when i do my toe touch i want my legs to go higher!.
what are some ways i can do that!?!?!?

and do ur toe touches on a trampoline first and use leg weights too 3 pounds

i am trying out for the dance team in high school, but like you, i need to be ready for the tryouts!.!. i usually start out by stretching every morning after i wake up and just before i go to bed!. it really helps ive almost got mine down!.!.
