Bicycling, followed by walking!. Running and jogging will not give your calves definition, they will make them smaller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

running, it is great cardio burns massive calories and gives you definition in you legs and calves, it also tones your butWww@Answer-Health@Com

non of those!.!.!.you have to work with weights for that
like standing calf raises on a smith machine for example!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
