Ok so I LOOVVE salsa and the best part is that its only 10 cals per tablespoon! Ok so do you have any better/healthier ideas besides chips for something to dip in the salsa!??Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use salsa as salad dressing!. And if you insist on chips, crumble a few over the top of your salad and call it a taco salad :) That way, you don't eat as many (make sure you close the bag and put it away!!)!. I go through lots of salsa this way and it sure saves a lot of calories as most dressings have way more than salsa does!. Mango salsa is good for salad dressing too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

So I make salads of all kinds adding salsa
also I make canned tuna w/ salsa instead of mayo
also I make tuna taco's on lettuce adding salsa
which is canned tuna w/ salsa and cheese(i also add tomatoes and avocado's if i have them) spread on a piece of lettuce fold in half
Edamami w/ salsa is yummy
Wheat Thins or Trisquits(sp) is yummy w/ salsa
