How can i lose ten pounds really fast?!


Question: How can i lose ten pounds really fast!?
so im like 5'8 and i want to lose 10lbs just cause im only eating one meal a day (dinner) and its usually chicken and salad and water!. and i workout everyday!. how can i lose 10lbs!.!.!.!.really fast!? and dont be a jerk about answering this!.

Losing 10Ibs fast is not possible without being unhealthy!. You really need to eat more like 3-4 small meals a day containing 400 calories each, this will give you a good supply of energy throughout the day,
Starving yourself is unhealthy and can actually have the opposite effect you're trying to get!.

Also, I don't recommend working out everyday, your body needs time to recover!. Your muscles grow when you rest/sleep, so if you over-train you could actually lose muscle tone!.!.!.

Personally, you look amazing! You will actually gain wait by only eating one meal a day!. Eat 3 to 4 very small meals a day!. by eating only 1 meal a day your body will hold the food because it does not know when it will be feed again!. so it a bowl of fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, some type of protein and veggies for dinner, and for after dinner snack treat yourself to something but small though!. i also go to the gym about 4 days out of the week!. i am currently 160lbs and 5'9Www@Answer-Health@Com

You do not need to loose any more weight - you are skinnier than most people your age!. Remember that you may look 'fit' on the outside but if you keep starving yourself your insides are going to get sick and damaged!. Just eat a balanced diet, make sure to have breakfast in the morning because that kick-starts you metabolism and do lots of excercise because the less you eat the easier it is to put on weight so I recommend to gradually start building up the amount of food you eat a day to a balanced healthy amount - you will look alot better! As far as i can tell, your not overweight!. But if you really feel like you need to lose the weight, dont focus so much on it!. Eat 3 meals a day, healthy!. Don't take alot of food if you can't eat it!. Only eat when your hungry, and continue to work out!. Running is the best way to lose weight!. Start out a mile then go more!. Since your already a good weight it shouldn't take long to get where you want!. Just don't get unhealthy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
