Running 15 Minutes Per Day?!


Question: Running 15 Minutes Per Day!?
If I run 15 minutes per day for about 4 or 5 days of the week, how many calories would I burn every day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

15 minutes of running should burn approx 150 calories!.

You should aim for at least 20 minutes of cardio for each session, preferably 30 minutes!. So hopefully you are walking a bit before and after for a warmup/cooldown!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A lot,plus my doctor told me running is bad for your heart,walk a few miles a day,that's what she told me it's a calorie burner and easier on your heart,or get a bicycle and ride a few miles a day!.So i think my doctor knows what she's talking about,and more then likely if you called the local hospital and asked for advice on this question they would tell you the same !.Happy labor day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

15 minutes of cardio isn't burning a lot of calories!. Besides that, it would depend on the speed that you run too!. Aim for more like 45 minutes!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
