I'm 12 years old and about 115 lbs.?!


Question: I'm 12 years old and about 115 lbs!.!?
my mom won't let me go to the gym and i want to lose weight in like 3-4 weeks!. i sometimes run out side my apartment but i feel silly and it's too hot!. what's a good exercise to do inside the house!?

btw i'm trying to eat less and healthier!.

I Would Suggest Running Outside!. Dont Care About Anybody Staring At You!.

Run Outside For 30-50 Minutes!.

Heres A Diet Plan:

1200 Calories A Day

4-5 Meals!. 200-250 Calories Per Meal!.

Eat More Fruit And Veggies!. Dont Eat Junky Food!.

You'll Lose 8-10 Pounds A Month!.
