Question: How do you starve yourself!?
ok!. please do not tell me there are better ways to lose weight
I've tried them
i suck at them
this is what i want to do, so please don't tell me it's wrong
so far I've skipped dinner last night and breakfast


how do people do it for a whole week!?
how do you last without collapsing!?

Ok people are going to call me stupid for even anwsering this for you, but i liturally starved myself for like a long time and i lost sooooo much weight, even though i became so unhealthy i lost it all so fast everyone was asking me how i done it!. The way to last a week is like basically not eat any breakfast, not eat any lunch, no snacks at all in between, and if you feel like it the tinyest bit of dinner, and by the tinyest bit i mean for example a spoon of rice and half a chicken nugget lol!.!. all i practically survived on was water!.!.!. i drank water all the time non stop and even though waters good theres nothing that can stop you collasping, collapsed loads of times!.!. i became really pale, became really ill, my mum dragged me to the doctors to try and help me, didnt do anything because by that time my stomach had closed up so much i didnt really want to eat anymore!.!. if you do it for long enough thats what it will feel like, like u dont need to anymore!.!. just know hun i got extremly unhealthy had to have blood tests, diabeties scares!.!. had to take iron tablets!.!. if u want to know more email me sumfiingwhoah@yahoo!.com!.!.

Starving yourself is the worst possible way to lose weight!. You can get sick or die from malnutrition, you will just gain the weight back after fasting, and there are many other major health risks associated with it!. And I have to point out that if you actually do it you are making a very idiotic decision!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Starving yourself is a stupid but very effective way to loose weight fast, although keeping it off when you go back to regular eating may be a problem because you slowed down your metabolism and you'll gain twice as much weight before going back to a normal metabolism!. I've been on a VLC (very low calorie diet like 500 cal!.) for over a month know and I've lost 20 pounds :) Although I've also gained some bruises (probably anemia, low iron) on my body and I'm tired and stress!. Although I'm not about to go back! Anyway this is how I basically "starved" myself!. I counted calories on everything I ate and never went over 600 cal!. Go to www!.calorieking!.com and just enter what you ate!. I also joined a gym to burn off the calories I ate so that I loose weight faster and I did some weight training so that I don't eat up my muscle!. This month I'm fasting (5am to 8pm!.) because it's the month of Ramadan and my friend needs help fasting so I'm gonna do it with her (I'm not even allowed to drink water!)!. Anyway just don't go over 600 cal!., lay off the bread, pastas etc!.!.!. and exercise!. why would you starve yourself!. thats not the way!. you may not have any more optionns but starving is not one of them!. remember keeep trying and trying and never give up!. if you fail try again!. believe in yourself!. find out how you can looose weight the normal weight!.i know by experience!. trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No effence but your stupid! Are you trying to be anorexic or kill yourself!? If so I suggest you get PROFESSIONAL HELP! Besides startving yourself won't work!! I tried it before and felt sick all the time! Couldn't eat without wanting to throw up! Passed out a lot!. Yes I lost some weight!.!.!. but once you eat even alittle you will gain it TWICE AS QUICK!. So not a good way to lose weight!. And it is very unhealthy and can kill you!

ok eat this:
Breakfast: Diet lipton green tea
Lunch: 10 small pretzel sticks and lot's of water
Dinner: a small salad with no dressing and 4 strawberrys and water
This diet will not kill you or make you faint it will not totally starve you but it results in loosing 15 pounds a week!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Starving yourself doesn't work, your body holds onto fat plus it slows down your mataberlism, starving yourself has been proven to cause mental health problems too!. So in the long run it sucks and pointlessWww@Answer-Health@Com
