from science point of view,

fruits, apart from natural sugars as one of the above answers has mentioned, have hight content of cellulose (i!.e fiber)!. This fiber cannot be digested and is mostly egested out!.!.it's not even converted to fat if it stays long in our body!. The only carbs that get converted to fat if in excess are the natural sugars (sucrose, glucose)!.

Breads are made of starch and also some sugar!. this can be broken down to simple sugars and if in excess will be converted to fat!. so u have starch and sugar!.

hope that helps!. pretty sure u know most of it already!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The carbs in fruit are a combo of fiber and natural sugars!. Fiber is helpful for digestion and keeping your cholesterol in check!. Sugars, although not really healthy, are for quick burning energy!.

The carbs in bread are mostly complex carbs, which give you energy over a longer period of time!. Bread has some fiber and sugar, but not much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's the natural sweetness in fruit but don't cut down on fruit! it's an excellent source of fiber!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
