Question: What are some really good ways to lose weight!?
I don't want to run or go outdoors really!.
I will be going to disney in 9 days and will be up from 7am-11pm walking almost all day!. and i have DDR(dance dance revolutition) and i have that set on workout mode and i set it to jog 1 mile everyday!. so when i do it it calculates how far i would've jogged and i do that until i reach 1 mile!.
