Stomach grew overnight?!

Question: Stomach grew overnight!?
My belly seems to hav literally expanded overnight!. It went from a little pudge to me looking 6months pregnant!. Does anyone know how to shed this fat!? It can be flabby and firm at times!. Looks bloated but its been like this since march or april and I really want it gone!. I'm 21 and on my moms side this is common but I'm too skinny 4 this belly so it seems unnatural!. Any tips on how to lose it!? I have a gym membership but I know spot training doesn't exist and I don't know which excersizes wil help me or what to take out of my dietWww@Answer-Health@Com

WELL IF YOU ATE ALOT OF CARBS IN THE LAST FEW DAYS (PASTA, BREAD, RICE, POTATOES)
OR INGESTED ALOT OF SALTY FOODS, (PICKLES,OLIVES, CHIPS, PRETZELS,CRACKERS, CHEESE, SAUERKRAUT, MUSTARD, HOTDOGS, H,AM,CANNED GOODS) OR ANYTHING CANNED, OR HIGH IN SODIUM, YOU WILL BE BLOATED
DRINK AT LEAST EIGHT 8 OZ GLASSES OF WATER, LAY OFF THE WHITE FOODS FOR A FEW DAYS (POTAOTES, PASTA, BREAD, RICE) AND YOUR STOMACH WILL GO BACK DOWN TRUST ME!!

Take out of your diet: junk food, all white foods; white flour, salt, sugar, crackers, bread!. Talk to a trainer at the gym for professional advise on what exercises to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you haven't had sex with an alien lately its probably waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

Lol you didn't gain massive amounts of fat overnight I can tell you that much!. Likely a bloaty effect, which like the person above lovely said in big ol' caps that it can be large amounts of carbs before bed!. Hell I'm a guy who weighttrains and have alot of muscle and I look bloaty in the morning sometimes on the off-season lol!.

If your pretty skinny then its likely a natural colon backup that happens after awhile!. If your 21 then your definately not too young to experience this, especially if you don't have the worlds greatest eating habits!.

Google colon cleanse, it's a cheap and very effective measure to get rid of unsightly and unknown bloating!. There can literally be 15lbs of crap trapped in your colon walls which will cause random bloating!. I do them YEARLY and still lose up to 3-5lbs when I do it!

I'd start there, then you can add stuff like more vitamin C, water and excercise later but it probably wont even be necessary!. Drinking water regularly actually takes AWAY water weight, so like the poster below don't let people tell you to drink less water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

youre pregnant!.
