Question: Does this sound like a good, healthy lunch for tomorrow!?
Hey so tomorrow is back to school!. :]So I was wondering, does this sound like a healthy lunch!?

1 piece of whole wheat bread with 1 tblspn natural peanut butter!. Folded over sandwhich!.

some grapes in a bag (How ever much one serving is!.)

Some kind of veggie

its more like a healthy snack no offense but your body can not run all day with peanut butter unless you have a big breakfast in which most cases you probably will not since you are in a hurry and just eat cereal or toast!. if your trying to stick to this eatin regime you need to add something else to it!.!.you can keep this idea just add crackers and ham on top of the peanut butter!.!.

you can also try eating tuna i dont know how much you like that but subsitute it for the peanut butter and you have a healthy lunch


you can try:
the traditional sandwich with the things listed above minus the peanut butter sandwisch

a hot dog/corndog

Emily, I would eat an entire frog, or a platypus!. That's what I would eat!. If you are a vegetarian then I would eat a stalk of corn, the whole thing leaves and all, or an eggplant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes that sounds very healthy!. The peanut butter will make your mouth dry but then the grapes and bottle of water will make it perfect!. So your getting everything :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
