Question: Im skinny but my stomach sticks out!?
im skinny, 5 ft 80 lbs 14 yrs old!.
i have thin legs, arms and i have a 6 pack on my stomach but it sticks out like im pregnant! i hate it and i dont know how to get rid of it! how can i get rid of it!?

its like i wake up in the morning and my stomach is generally flat and then as soon as i eat breakfast it bloats up and stays that way for the whole day and gets worse as the day goes on as i eat more (lunch, etc!.)
please help me get rid of this, i want my stomach flat!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be a number of possiblities

1) You are so skinny that bulge is food in your stomach!.

2) you have excessive sodium intake that causes excess water retention (that would occur everywhere normally though)!.

3) you are not getting enough protein therefore you have Kwashiorkor, but that is not probable due to the fat you don't live in a third world!. Your stomach would be huge too (like you swallowed a watermelon)!.

most likely it is number 1,

less likely number 2 unless you eat lots of processed, fast, and frozen foods (or you salt your food tons)

least likely number 3, but if it is you need to see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you normally eat a high sodium diet and don't drink lots of water or have much soluble fiber this can happen!.

When you wake up in the morning that is when you are thinnest because you have not eaten anything yet thus leading to you weighing less because there is no food in your stomach!.

Try Drinking more water like 4 liters and have less sodium like around 2500 mg a day and you will see a difference!. My guess is that you are severely bloated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have the same problem as I do!. You have to take Enzymes!. They are a LIFE SAVER! Take them before you eat lunch and dinner!.

It isn't medication!. So it won't do anything harmful to your body!.
You can buy Enzymes at your local Whole Foods grocery store!. Or buy them online!. http://shopping!.yahoo!.com/s:Nutritional%!.!.!.

Food will always make your stomach bloat!. Being that you are already very skinny, you do not want to lose anymore weight!. Simply reduce your sodium intake, and your stomach will appear flatter!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may be skinny but maybe your abs are not tone!. try don't ab exercises Www@Answer-Health@Com
