I haven't had dinner yet, but I'm gonna have a stew with vegetables, lentils, and some tofu!.
Nothing to drink but like 100 cans of Club Soda

30 minutes of walking at 3!.6 mph!.

I need to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks!. Will this work!?

no you will just slow down your metabolism and gain it back and more!. you probably wont even lose the 10 pounds to be honest!. you need to eat at least 1200 calories!. AT LEAST!.
