Is it possible for sum1 to build mscle faster then average?!


Question: Is it possible for sum1 to build mscle faster then average!?
i find that doing weights i see an increase in muscle size very quickly and everybody says that it takes ages to see a difference, am i just getting thing wrong and every1 is like this or am i a mutant and belong in the x men!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are between 13 and 22, Your(natural) testosterone level is out the roof!. This helps kids yr!. age develope faster when lifting weights and exercising!. If you do it right and without skipping out on your workouts, you will see a great difference really quickly!. If you want that type of body, now is the time!. If you wait, once you are over 25, your testosterone level is not as high and you will not be able to build muscle that easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well some people can gain muscle much more easily than others, its all to do with genetics,diet,lifestyle and other factors!. If you gain muscle/weight faster than your friends dont fret its not a bad thing and you arent a freak it could mainly be put down to hormone levels during puberty your body produces alot of growth hormone which is why your body will shape quickly and wont change alot through your adult life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are a real bodybuilder you would know about leukic and geakic, but everybody is different when it comes to gaining muscle, depends on metabolism, activity and alot more factor, but one key thing to gaining muscle is after a great workout get like 10 hours of sleep, that works best for me atleast with slow metabolismWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you haven't been training for long then usually it is normal, once you have been training for a long time you should start to see a difference in how much longer it will take to build muscle!. when this happens this is when you should focus on changing your training routine, such as adding extra weight, more reps or sets for example!. hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
