so im really sore!.
my hamstrings and legs are just so tight and sore in general!.
ive been stretching everyday but its not helping!.
i couldnt even run because my legs were soo crampy and sore!.
are there any youtube videos that are like 10 minute long that specialize in stretching and helping ease pain!? maybe some yoga stretching!?
