13 year old weight lifting question?!


Question: 13 year old weight lifting question!?
im 13 and i have a question about weight lifting!. I work out every other day and i can bench 170 lbs!. 2 times and i do 70 lb!. barbell curls along with some other exercises!. My biceps are pretty big and strong but my question is how can i get them hard!. Because all i have is size and strength!. Please help me get them hard!. Thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lower weights!.!.!.more reps! Cut the weight of your curls in half!.
