Question: Adipex --it worked like a charm but!?
Last March I went to the doc and got put on Adipex to lose weight I went from a size 20 to a size 10 in 3 months then got pregnant so guess what i'm back to my blubbery self again!.!.!.!.anyway I made an appointment to get back on them but I've been hearing all kinds of different things about the med!. Has anyone had any bad experiences from it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it really worked like a charm, you wouldn't have gain the weight back!. The truth of the whole 'dieting' thing is!.!.!. You have to change your lifestyle!. If you don't, you'll spend your lifetime losing and regaining!. Usually, until you give up!. You've just got to get into a better eating pattern, and start doing some type of regular exercise you enjoy enough to stick with!. I'm a big fan of walking!. You don't get winded, or sore, or need to buy special equipment, and just about anyone can do it!.Once you master that, you'll NEVER have to worry about your weight again!.!.!. for the rest of your life!
