Ok so I have a 15 yr old and I am going to try and answer your question!. Your weight must really bother you if you are asking everyone how to lose weight!. Judging yourself by measuring yourself against others will fail every time!. We all have positives and negatives in how we look!. When you start feel your self esteem begin to lower from the dude with no shirt focus your thoughts on a feature or skill you have that you consider to be a positive feature or one that you have received compliments on like for example, you seem to write really well for 15!.
As far as exercise, not everyone is into exercise and this is neither good or bad, right or wrong!. We are all wonderfully different!. If you have a Wii maybe you could get "Wii Fit"!. Playing a video and breaking a sweat might work for you!. Sugar in drinks and food can really add up, so if you are drinking lots of soda, switch to water, flavored water, or something like that!. Eat more fruits and veggies!. Spend less time in front of the computer!. Walk home from school if it is near and safe to do so!.
I am not huge but struggle have struggled my weight as well and am a mother of a 15 yr old!. Hope knowing you are not alone might help as well!. Hope my answer might help a little!. Keep us posted on your success!. Have a great day! Www@Answer-Health@Com

it really really really is exercise!. Join a gym and run, or go for a walk or just try and be more active!. Also remember to stop eating when you feel full! don't always finish what is on your plate, get 8 hrs of sleep, don't eat because of anger or lonliness, and try to have small healthy snacks like nuts and fruit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel your pain!. I was struggling to lose weight a couple of years ago!. I tried a number of fads and gimmicky things to no avail!. Even after changing my eating and exercise habits I wasn't able to kick the last bit of weight off!. I came across this oolong weightloss tea while searching the net and took them up on the free trial offer!. It didn't break the bank and it worked!.

I explained my experiences with it here!. www!.wuyisources!.com

Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
