Should you do cardio after working out your legs?!


Question: Should you do cardio after working out your legs!?
I warmup with a light jog for 15min, then do my leg routines, (sqauts,lunges,calves, etc!.) after that my legs are sore, but can i do cardio after that or restWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you can do cardio!. Cardio isn't really a resistance exercise, so it shouldn't be too bad on the legs!. If you're too tired, then you can rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
