How do I eat enough if I'm never hungry?!

Question: How do I eat enough if I'm never hungry!?
I have been trying to loose weight!. While I have been struggling with the diet aspect (some of my food options lately have not been healthy), I have been drinking only water (more than 64 oz!. in a day), with the occasional glass of skim milk!. I have been walking more, and playing the Wii (I run around and get into the games when playing)!.

I've noticed that I have a very small appetite!. Is it from drinking so much water!? (I used to drink almost no water and a lot of sugary soft drinks and Slurpees)!. I can eat a few bites out to eat and my stomach starts hurting-like I'm overstuffing myself!.

I know I need to eat in order to keep my metabolism up, but I feel like I'm only hungry if I wait excessive amounts of time between meals!. It only takes a small amount of food (as little as a bite or two) to make me feel completely full for a while!.

Whenever you don't feel like eating ask yourself if you want to become obese in the future!? That's what will happen if you continue this path of not eating properly!. Then it will be even harder to lose the weight next time!.

You don't need to eat when you are hungry either!. Eat within the first hour of getting up!. that starts your metabolism for the day and it helps you on the right path!. Plan the meals around the clock and not your stomach!. Eat very small snacks in between lunch and dinner and inbetween dinner and bed time!. You'll get yourself used to it in no time!. You'll start to feel better as well!. Your body will adjust to the food intake!. But remember, breakfast is the important place to start!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well If your never hungry then I suggest whenever you do eat that you only eat healthy foods! sounds like your getting really healthy to me or are already & by only eating healthier foods you'd only become healthier & stronger which in chances gives you a longer life span! anyways if your not that hungry then don't force yourself to eat alot! but you still need food in your body so have something small for each meal, also try taking a vitamin incase your lacking anything, that way the vitamin will help you with that, any healthy meal ideas I can give you are!.!.

Example:
Breakfast: A piece of toast with jelly or jam & a some kind of fruit
Lunch:A salad or half a sandwitch
Dinner: 1 chicken breast or a (small) plate of vegetable fried rice!.!.
Snack: 1 string cheese or a piece of fruit

Just make your meals smaller portions & enjoy what you eat! even if you dont want it!.!.don't forget your vitamins! & keep doing what your doing! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
