excrise! dont get bored of that word you dont need to do running or jogging in 5 am have a look at your plan then when you have got free time then do something excrise you would like to do like your favourt sports do it for 30 mins or up dont do it for too long or the next day you will feel pain all over you slowly building up say the 1st day do 30 then 2nd day 35 up 2 ,1 hour you can do some in the morning and some afternoon if you like,
join gym if you dont like to playing outside
cut out sweets or you can have a little per month

i know this is called lazy way to lose fat but why dont you see it as another way of loseing weight if you want to lose weight fast!?

ill tell u a metabolism and mental secret:
1- make a schedule so that u eat the exact time u eat yesterday (u must eat the same thing coz for ex:u eat MacDonald the metabolism will burn it and keep it in memory that the next day u eat MacDonald the same time it burns the food twice as before)
in the morning 10:20 (eat full fat cerial [be sure to eat the same cerial each day)

for lunch 2:20 (eat any meal that u can eat every day)
dinner: 6:20 (same at lunch but dont eat the same meal)

2- trick ur mind!!!
ex: when u do situp dont count like 1,2,3,4
u should count each number three times (no more than three) like 1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4, and dont calculate in ur mind the real numbers this way u wont get tired!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
