Run or at least build up to running also your metabolism will work more effectively if you do short bursts at higher intensitys ie walk for 3 minutes run for 2 if you do this for 20minutes you will find in the 3 minutes you are walking you are walking faster than you did in the previous 3 minutes because your body is getting used to the speed you run atWww@Answer-Health@Com
