Answers:
im sorry to say but, when you run and lose fat, you lose fat from all areas of your body!. there really is no magical way to lose fat from a particular region of the body!. just work hard and you will eventually lose the fat off your arms and legs!. but dont get too excited, it might be genetics!. you might be genetically inclined to store more fat in your arms and legs!. but i was overweight at 200lbs at 5'4-5'5' at 14 yrs old to the point where i was close to getting diabetes and i have high blood pressure!.!.!.something i can never get rid of!. but over 2 year period ive lost 70 lbs!.!.!.55-60 lbs lost in like 10 months!.!.!.so if i can achieve my goal you can too :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is impossible to control how your body converts fat to energy!. working muscles around the area of fat will only increase muscle mass around the fat area!. your genes determine where your body stores fat and it is removed evenly from all places when your body needs energyWww@Answer-Health@Com

There is no such thing as spot reduction:

You must do cardio and diet and the fat content in your body will be overall reduced!.
