When should you start protein bars/drinks after weight loss?!


Question: When should you start protein bars/drinks after weight loss!?
I'm on a no junk food diet, with the exception of a salty snack on occasion, and have lost 5 lbs in two weeks!. I'll continue to eat healthy and exercise daily and 3x weekly do aerobics and strength training-but how do I know when to eat or drink more protein or carbs since the weight loss
is going to be steady over the next two months!?
I also drink a combo of milk and water daily for hydration!. I'm 239 and want to lose to 219 before Thanksgiving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
