Can I bite a women's multivitamin in half and just have half a day?!


Question: Can I bite a women's multivitamin in half and just have half a day!?
Or is it one of those things where it's useless if you don't take the whole thing!. To eat a whole one makes me nauseous and I have to line up Saltine chasers :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

what makes you feel like your going to vomit is the iron, cuting it in half will probably still make you feel sick!. try taking it will a full meal like at dinner!. you can take it any time of day!. or if that doesnt help try chewable vitamins!. thats what i take!. if you cant find adult get childrens!. we eat a lot of vitamins in our diets as long as your eating healty!. and you dont have to take the vitamin EVERY day you can skip a day like take it every other day!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Vitamins do not work on an empty stomach (which I am assuming you are trying to do)!. They pass right into your intestines and out with zero to very little being absorbed!.

Always take a vitamin mid-meal!. Eat half of yoour food, take the vitamin with a glass of water and then finish eating!. your problem should be solved (and more of the vitamins will be biologically available)Www@Answer-Health@Com
