I feel bloated afterwards!.
The feeling lasts about 2 hours and then it goes away, but it's weird!.

Well that's odd!. I've never had that happen to me!. I would try not drinking water during your workout (if you are) and then drink water before and after!. It might help!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
