As a trainer, there is only ONE diet that I have EVER come across that a person has the POTENTIAL to lose significant weight is a relatively short amount of time, with little to no exercise!.

I am talking about the highly controversial HCG diet!. If you google HCG you are going to come across many nasty articles about people swearing that such a diet could not, will not, and should not work!. But honestly, it DOES!. I have used it myself and with clients as a very SAFE, AFFORDABLE, and simple way to lose fat FAST!.

What most people do not know is that the HCG diet, does not require a person to have injections!. HCG can also be administered orally, under the tongue, with just a few drops per day!. This is much cheaper then going to a clinic to have injections done!. The problem however is finding a certified Doctor to give you the HCG drops!.

Around here I can buy a bottle of HCG for $27!.00 (you would need about 3 to complete the diet program)!.
