Well I'm not 100% sure what would be a healthy weight for you, but you sound kinda light!. To work on your six-pack you can do crunches, bicycle crunches, and many other ab exercises that can be found on the internet!. Running/jogging on a treadmill or outside will also help build abs to an extent while also burning off calories to reduce your over all body fat!. If you havn't change up your diet as well!. If you crave some sweets, eat some fruits, get rid of all sodas even diet, and more protein!. Everyone has different tastes so your diet is on you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to lose 2 pounds!. YAY!.
Do 20 minutes of cardio!. Then go to the weights and 3 reps of 10 with whatever weight you think is right for about 20-40 minutes!. Then 20 more minutes of cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your weight sounds healthy!. You should do crunches, lift some weights, and just try out all the machines the gym has!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
