Question: Is eating boiled rice everyday bad for you does it have a lot of fats in it!.!?
Answers:
No boiled rice doesn't have any fat unless you add it in!. But, if it is white rice it isn't very good for you!. It is a simple carbohydrate which means that your body treats it just like sugar!. it raises your blood sugar briefly, has only the nutrients added and no fiber!. Put it this way, it is what Sumo wrestlers eat everyday to maintain or add to their bulk!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it doesn't have bad fats in it unless you boil it will like oil or something!. but white rice in general is not healthy!. the processed white carbs are a proven brain harming food!. it kills your energy, increases insulin, and stores fat easier, among other ailments!. try brown rice, or quinoa, maybe even some couscous or atleast limit your white rice intakeWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's not "bad" for you and it doesn't have a lot of fat in it, unless you add the fat with butter, etc!. The problem is that boiled white rice doesn't provide much in the way of nutrients!. Brown rice would be a better option!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That depends if your boiling white rice or brown rice!. White rice is just brown rice devoid of all nutrients by the bleaching process it gets put through!. So basically it has the nutritional value of cardboard----none!. Switch to brown rice my friend!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rice isn't bad!. It has grains in it!. Don't add anything fatty to the rice!. White rice isn't that good but brown rice is very good!. I eat rice all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
