When to drink Muscle Milk?!


Question: When to drink Muscle Milk!?
It says that I should drink a serving before a workout, after a workout, and before I sleep!. So is three servings really necessary for one day!. I was thinking just after a workout and before bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have just been introduced to the World of suggestive marketing!. At face value the statement of using three servings a day is correct to insure you are getting in plenty of protein and EFA's!.
However, I would not use the MM before a workout!. I would use a plain Whey protein!.
After a workout is great, before bed I again would not use the MM!. MM has too much fat and carbs for me to use before bed!. A better choice is a Protein Blend of Whey( Fast Digesting) and Casein( Medium) and Egg Albumin (Slow) to use before bed so that you feed your muscles throughout the night!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
