What works when trying to get a flat stomach but not loose to much weight?!


Question: What works when trying to get a flat stomach but not loose to much weight!?
umm!. i suppose that im not fat just a little bit chubby and i was just wondering if there is any exercise or anything to reduce my stomach without going on a big diet or stuff like that!.
but i don't want to loose to much weight and look anorexic!.

There's no such thing as spot fat loss!. Some spots are more difficult to lose the fat on than others, but you don't get to pick!. Do some low intensity cardio for about 1 hour 4 days a week for a few months and just eat a little better and you should see some results!. It won't be perfectly flat, but if you don't want to commit to a healthy diet, there aren't too many other options!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
