Question: How much weight can I lose by biking!? !?
I plan to bike almost every day for at least 4 weeks before winter hits!. How much weight do you think I could lose in that time!? Any other advice!? I need to lose weight before I turn 30!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Generally speaking, if you combine healthy eating and exercise its reasonable to lose 1-2 pounds per week!. You can help raise your metabolism and maybe even increase fat loss and increase lean muscle by doing some simple weights with dumbbells!. Eating 5-6 small balanced meals a day should also help increase metabolism and aid fat loss and don't forget to drink plenty of water!

Please don't try to restrict your eating habits to lose quick weight because you will slow your metabolism and gain the weight back!. Weight loss is a slow process, but if you do it properly it will stay off!.

also, you might not lose that much WEIGHT because you will be converting fat into muscle and muscle weighs more than fat!. you will tone up and look better, even if you don't lose that much weight - you will be losing fat!.
you should record measurements as well like waist, hips, thighs, arms and bust

It all depends on how many METs your running at!. The more intensity you are putting out the greater results you will see!. Just remember you become healthier from the inside out so don't get discouraged if you do not see results ASAP!. Keep at it and also watch your diet!.
