Question: What does this mean!?!?!?!?!?

On the bottle of fiber pills it says "bulk forming laxative"!.!.!.!.what does "bulk forming laxative" mean!?
Are these like laxatives where you all of a sudden have to run to the bathroom or are they gentler!?!?!? Tell me what you know!.

LOL!.!.!. no if anything it helps regulate your system and stops the runs!. They are great for you! and all bulk forming means is that you will have more solid poop!.
Take enough and you will find nothing on the toilet paper when you wipe
