When you measure your waist, do you do it by your pant size since male pant sizes are in inches, or do you measure with a tape measurer / cloth measurer!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well have you ever used those measure that they use for sewing!?it's like 5 feet long and made of a bendable plastic stuff!.That's what i use when i measure my bodyfat% just measure your waist with the measure!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get your BMI (Body Mass Index), I believe you divide your weight by your height and if you're above 50 than that means your a little overweight and if your 50 or below than you're doing fine!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
