How to loose the tummy weight?!


Question: How to loose the tummy weight!?
I'm 16, 5'5 and 132lbs!. I'd really like to get down to 115 but its not really the numbers that count, rather how my clothing fit and if i can feel more confident in a bikini!.

I'm a swimmer, the season started 2 weeks ago and i've been at it 5 days a week for 2-3 hours each day!. So far I haven't noticed much of a change other than more muscular arms!.

I don't drink soda, eat chips(my parents don't allow it in the house) but I am a chocolate addict(i'll usually have a bit every night after dinner)!.

All my weight is around my waist, lower tummy, love handle area!. It just doesn't suit me well since i have long legs&arms and a shortish torso!.

How can I do this!? I can't go on a very strict diet because I do swim and go to school and have other activities going on!.

I'm thinking of drinking whey protein(with soy milk) in the mornings for breakfast, yogurt and water and whole grain pretzels for lunch(i have to buy at school)!. and probably meat+salad for dinner!.

I am 5'6'' and 139lb!. So I can imagine that you probably look similiar to me!. Although, since you are muscular and what not I would assume you are smaller than me!. And let me tell you, you're not fat!. You don't need to loose any weight!. When I was in high school, I had a friend who was 5'3'' and 110lbs!. I used to think that I should be like 115!. But it really doesn't work that way!.

With that being said, the best way to loose weight is to lower the calories and increase the work out!. While at swimming practice, really work hard to burn extra calories!. Not only will this improve your performance, but it will make you look great!. You need to have a good amount of calories because you are growing!. You don't want to mess your metabolism up while you're young!. It will make things worse when you're older!. I would say to continue eating chocolate at night, just work super hard at practice!. :) It will take a few weeks to notice a difference!. In fact you may gain weight, but you'll look better!. Because muscle weighs more than fat!. Just keep measurments, that is where it counts!. Anyways, good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have NO IDEA how anyone can "LOOSE" belly weight, unless its flopping around!.
EAT less and DO MORE is what will help you LOSE weight and hopefully your LOOSE belly flab!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

2 weeks is nothing!. The results aren't instant, but if you take your time and continue having a healthy life you will see the results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Myth #1: You can take weight off of specific body parts by doing exercises that target those areas!.

Truth: This concept is called "spot training" and unfortunately, it doesn't burn fat!. When you lose weight, you are unable to choose the area in which the reduction will occur!. Your body predetermines which fat stores it will use!. For example, doing sit-ups will strengthen you abs but will not take the fat off of your stomach!. Similarly, an activity like running burns fat all over your body, not just your legs!. You can, however, compliment a balanced exercise program with a selection of weight training exercises to gradually lose weight and tone the body!.

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!. Every week add
to the number of repetitions!. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.
eating protein will make you bulkier, and your muscles will grow below the layer of fat!. If you want to reduce the fat layer and have lean muscles, do not eat protein 2 hours before and 2 hour after this exercise!. Exclude animal protein (meat, fish, diary, eggs)!.
