well its three hard boiled egs and two slices of white toast buttered, and two glasses of iron bru (fizzy drink)
so is it bad!?
im not intending to eat just this little!

You should not drink fizzy drinks for your thirst!. You need to have two large glasses of water instead!. Fizzy drinks are horrible for you in many ways!.
Your eggs are fine, your toast should not be white!. White bread turns into sugar in your diet and doesn't give your body any nutrients!. You need wheat bread, a good wheat bread!. You also needed to have some fruit with it all!.
