Question: Am I exercising correctly!?
I go to the gym three times a week, on two occasions I do 20 Min's running at 8 mph, then 20 Min's walking at 6mph on a gradient of 8 and also 15 Min's of weights!. The third day I just do the 40 Min's at a gradient and 6mph including the 15 Min's of weights!. I,m looking to tone up and lose 8 lbs!. Should I change what I,m doing!? I try to keep my heart rate at 150 bpm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like your on the right track!. I'm impressed I run at 6 mph with intervals at 7mph at can barely keep up!. I think that you will hit your goals in no time!. The only other thing I know that works really well is intervals instead of doing the full 20 min at one speed try a few min at 6 mph then a few a 8mph and keep that up for the 40 min!. It's a great way to blast fat and the incline will help tone muscle!. Just remember to switch things up every once and a while because your body will get used to doing the same routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
