Weight Watchers Plan?!

Question: Weight Watchers Plan!?
I want to follow the Weight Watchers plan but I cannot afford to join on-line nor can I afford to register and pay weekly dues at meetings where I live!. I know it isn't a lot of money to pay for most people but I live on a very fixed disability income of $776 per month and I simply don't have $30 registration and $12 weekly!. Is there anywhere I can obtain a copy of the plan for free and follow it myself!? I would truly like the support of meetings!.!.!.!.live or on-line but I just can't afford it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know if it would help you out but WW has free registration several times each year and I believe they're getting ready to start that now!. Also, if you pay online, it's about $39 a month and while I realize that isn't "cheap", I felt like I spent more than that eating junk food, plus I buy less groceries on the diet because I eat less!. Once you reach your goal and become a "lifetime" member, you no longer have to pay!. Just something to think about!.!.!.

I've been a continuous member of WW for six years and I lost 85 pounds the first year!. I go now for the support I receive at the weekly meetings, because I've met friends there, and because I don't want to put all my weight back on!.

It's not really a program that you can easily type up for someone as you would need the resources they provide for you to check points, calculate points, etc!.

WW is really nothing more than healthy eating!. You don't need their program if you can't afford it, you just need to commit to eating healthy!. That would mean 3 small, healthy meals a day and 2 small, healthy snacks!. Eat according to the food pyramid recommendations: lean protein, veggies, fruits, whole-grains, low-fat dairy, and heart healthy oils!. Each meals should be less than 400 calories because the body can't process much more than that at at time and excess would end up as fat!. Each snack should be 100-150 calories!. Snacks are a great way to get in your fruit servings or dairy servings, such as yogurt!. Pay attention to your hunger level and stop when you are satisfied, not when you are "full!." Drink plenty of water as it helps fill you up!. Take a multivitamin!. Be active daily, even if it's just a 20-30 minute walk around the neighborhood!. (The more active you are, the faster you'll lose weight!.)

The page below can help you in your quest to eat healthy!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best advice i can give is to at least join for the 30 dollars and they will give you the material needed to follow the plan and someone will explain what needs to be followed and how to use the points system!. Its not hard to follow and the meetings are just there to help stick to the program and give extra hints and helps along the way, but if you are committed then the material and info u get from just payin the 30 dollars is enough to follow the program!. Good luck!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
