Answers:
Your pudding isn't healthy-but a darn good snack for a chocolate sweet!.
The pb and banana sandwich-while all are healthy, the peanut butter is high in fat and the whole sandwich can carry over 400 calories!. A small amount of turkey that is white meat, no fat and no high fat condiments added is an excellent choice, so is the bar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nutrigrain bar probably full of sugar, same with choco pudding!. Peanut butter (pure crushed peanuts) is a great food for skinny people wanting to put on weight!.

Beware of low fat and no fat labels on food!. Often they are full of sugar and if they are full of sugar, they are no good for a balanced diet!.
