A slice of peanut butter!? I'm not sure how that works!. Do you mean that she eats a slice of *bread* with peanut butter on it!?

Peanut butter is actually pretty healthy!. It has good fat in it, fiber, and it's a complex carbohydrate!. Most brands of peanut butter have quite a bit of salt and sugar, though, so I would recommend that you limit your daughter to one slice of bread w/peanut butter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i eat peanut butter almost every day!. it's very hot where i live!.
only advice i would give is to buy healthy peanut butter that doesn't have hydrogenated oil in it!. Walmart and some other stores carry Smart Balance brand peanut butter which unlike some natural peanut butter doesn't have to be refrigerated after opening!.
i think its fine for a 4yr!. old to eat peanut butter on a slice or two of bread every day!.
when i was in elementary school i always wanted a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not quit sure I understand!.

Peanut butter is a spread, you can not eat 1 of it or slice it!.

Do you mean she eats it on a slice of bread!?

My son loves peanut butter and eats it a few times a week, I have never known it to be bad!.

Why would it be bad to eat when it's hot outside!?

This question is confusing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't see anything wrong with it!. Peanut butter has protein and healthy fat in it!. One thing I would suggest is to get an Organic peanut Butter!.

Regular peanut butter has sugar and other things in it!. Organic Peanut Butter has only peanuts and a small amount of salt!.

I get mine at Costco and is pretty cheap for the amount you get!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In 10 grams of peanut butter contains 5!.6 grams of fat!. It is okay to eat in the 'hot season' but I would reccomend not every day, every other day as a treat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
