Great job with the exercise routine!. It sounds like you right on track with that!. Even better than most average people!. As for your calories they might be a little high!. Maybe you could try to do between 2000-2200 for a while and see what happens!. Also where are you getting the calories from!? What I've seen that works best for fat loss and retaining muscle is 1/3 calories from protein, 1/3 from fat, and 1/3 from carbs!. Also try to eat healthy fats like flax seed, nuts, salmon, and then most of the carbs from fruits, veggies, and whole grains!. As for the protein stick to leaner meats like fish and chicken and cut red meats down to a few times per week!. Other wise I think if you keep up a balanced diet with the workout you described the weight will start to fall off, I wish you the best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. In addition to weighing yourself, measure yourself too!. That way, you'll know if you're losing inches which really more important than losing pounds!.

2!. How long have you been doing this!? Sometimes when people go through a sudden increase in activity, their bodies start storing calories as a defense mechanism against the unexpected stress!. It might just take a little time for you to start seeing results, but eventually your body will adjust!.

3!. What kinds of foods are you eating!? It really isn't just about calories!. If you're eating junk or you're fasting for several hours, then your body will not burn calories in a normal and healthy way!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
