Question: I need some diet help please!!?
Ok so I have been losing weight by eating much better than I did, (20 Pounds so far actually :) ) So I have just one problem!.!. now I don't get hungry! Really I know for maximum weight loss you are supposed to eat several small meals a day, and eat well BUT I only get Hungry once a day now!. How am I supposed to eat when i'm not hungry if I have a severe weight problem that I'm trying to fix!? Take today for example!.!.!. I had 3 scrambled eggs for breakfast and a piece of whole wheat 35 cal toast!. water and unsweetened tea all day!. yesterday subway 6" wheat, oven roasted chicken breast, no cheese, just pickles, black olives and tomatoes!. little bit of oil on top!.!.!. unsweetened tea!.!.!.!.
anyone have any helpful ideas or anything!? I know not eating is not healthy for you but I find myself cutting back more and more!.!.!.
also anyone have any recipes for healthy food!?

Okay I have done this too!. You need to eat even if you are not hungry!. Eating only 1-3 times per day you could really be screwing with your metabolism which takes a long time to get back on track!.

First, calculate your calories needed!. Subtract 500-700!. Break down your calories in 5-6 small meals!. Make sure they are balanced with good fat, carbs and protein!. Fat and carbs don't make you fat and remember protein andcarb go hand in hand!.

Eat clean

Low GI foods

I am talking about rolled oats, blueberries, apples, brown rice, lean meats, veggies, avocado, almond butter!.

After you begin doing this for a week, try having what you used to eat and you will never go back

PS Stop eating Subway!. The wheat bread they have is basically white bread that is colored!. Make one day out o the week your prep day and cook all day long!. You will have plenty of cooked food in your fridge so itll be easy not to cheat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your at your target weight you should only be eating when your hungry!. If you find yourself getting under weight then you should worry more!. My advice is to listen to your body and eat when your hungry!. If your losing to much weight you should up your calorie intake by eating healthy meals that are higher in calories!. you don't have to eat small meal all day if you don't want to just make sure to eat healthy fats like avocados and coconuts!. also you can try to drink protein shakes 2 or 3 times a day to add some nutrient's!. if you want more advice contact me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am a NASM certified trainer!. By not eating you will get larger, and store your food as fat, instead of burning it as fuel!. You must eat every 3 hours to be at optimum metabolism!. Eat healthy snacks in between your meals: fruits, veggies, protein shakes, protein smoothies, nuts, yogurt

get into a habit of constantly eating throughout the day!. this will help keep you from gorging at meals, because you have starved for 6 hours or more in between meals

also drink a lot of water throughout the day, I drink water all the time, also tea
