You can do squats and lunges without weights!. You can do calf raises on a step of the stairs!. Invest in a good weight lifting book for beginners and you will learn many more!. The Dummies series actually has quite a good weight lifting book for beginners!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Squats!. Pretend like you are sitting in a chair and getting up,sitting!.!. you get it!. Also get on hands and knees and lift one leg straight and do small lifts, then change legs!. Also running/walking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
