Well the average weight is 120 for your height but between 110-130 is considered average!. You can lose a few pounds but nothing drastic!. Im sure that you are perfect and are just overreacting!. Im 5'6 and 105lbs and i have to convince people everyday that im not anorexic, want to trade!?!?!? LOL!Www@Answer-Health@Com

hun, when i was your age i had the same problem!. The good thing about it is you'll hit puberty soon and get taller, grow boobs hips and a butt and you might weigh the same but the weight shifts into different parts of your body as you mature!. Unfortunately as i have gotten a little older and after having a baby im a fatty again but im doin what i can to lose the weight!. Dont go on any diets, dont start any bad eating habits, just wait a lil bit and i'm sure you will be happy with how you look when you get a tad older!. And just a word of caution, if you start dieting now, it will go on for the rest of your life!.!.!.!.a!.k!.a!. yo yo dieting!. Not good!. Just keep healthy eating habits and be active!. So much easier said then done i know!.!.!.!. or just portion out your food!. Dont have seconds at meals and read the serving sizes on the food that you eat!. That should help some also!.

But no it doesnt sound like you are fat at all!. Maybe you're going through a little bit of an awkward stage right now, we all go through it, so dont feel bad!. Your body will mature in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Then its time to stop eating all the junk food and sugar products that are prepackaged!. Start on the fresh fruit & veggies that you prepare yourself!. Drink lots of water and start an exercise program that includes an outdoor sport that requires you to run around!. At your age you should be able to drop the excess weight fairly quickly and keep it off if you continue good eating and exercising habits!. You are still growing but remember it took years for the weight to go on so it will take time to come off!. There is no quick fix in weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your not fat!. you might be a little thick!. but your only 12!. it could be baby fat still!. when i was 12 i was focused to much on my weight and i regret it!. i know i was thick i got over it!. i just drank more water and went outside a little more!. but your still young so TRY no to focus on that right no, have fun and enjoy being young!Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't hate urself, ur not FAT!. your only 12 years old and kids arent active enough anymore!. when you get home from school, do some exercising, ride a bike or just go running!. join the soccer team and u'll lose it!. most of all, stay away from junk food!. its amazing how much u'll lose from not eating as much junk food!. You!. are!. 12 YEARS OLD!!! Hell, when i was 12 years old weight was the last thing on my mind!!! You're still growing!!!! You'll probably have like a growth spurt or something! If you want to do something, then do sit ups or run, running helps a lot!! Worry when your 18 or something, ok!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually eat good and exercise, but I don't lose much weight because of my growth!. Just do whatever you can thats not staring yourself, thats never good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
