i lift weights on tuesday, thursday, friday, sunday!. i alternate between legs, chest and tris, bis and shoulders!. i eat about every 3-5 hours and it could anything from tuna and a protein shake to a peanut butter sandwich to 3 eggs to a salad to different types of fruit!.!.!.hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

well i run for an hour,i do 100 pushups and situps and then i run for 45 more minutes and thats why i have a six pack and my health is wonderfulWww@Answer-Health@Com
