Why should I pay $180 for a nutritionist appointment?!

Question: Why should I pay $180 for a nutritionist appointment!?
I thought my insurance would cover it, but it didn't and now I owe $180 for a 15 minute appointment with a Virginia Mason medical center nutritionist who did nothing more than give a nod of approval to the food plan I brought in and made a couple of suggestions!. As far as I can tell, the going rate is around $90 for such appointments, not $180!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
